US MUSIC CORP ANNOUNCES CHANGES IN SALES STRUCTURE FOR THE CANADIAN MARKET

Chicago, IL, January 21, 2010—US Music Corp announced today that as of January 1, 2010 they changed their distribution structure for the Canadian market. Going forward, the Randall and Eden Amplifier lines sold into Canada will be managed by Coast Music, a division of JAM Industries. In addition, Parker guitars sold into the market will be handled by Korg Canada and Washburn USA guitars will be offered by Erikson Music. Korg Canada and Erikson Music are also divisions of JAM Industries.

Commenting on the change in structure, Barry Ryan, President of US Music Corp stated, “With this change in sales and service management for the Canadian markets, we anticipate an enhanced level service to the dealer base in terms of product availability as we plan to stock core inventory items and replacement parts in JAM Industries distribution warehouse in Montreal. We feel this will result in faster delivery to our customers and quicker response to all service issues.”

Martin Golden, Chairman of US Music Corp and a partner in JAM Industries added, “We believe the realignment of the selling responsibilities combined with the utilization of our state of the art warehouse facilities will result in a significant opportunity to increase sales for our dealers by providing them with products and service in a timely manner.” Mr. Golden added, “Coast Music, Korg Canada and Erikson Music are three of the premier distributors of musical instruments and accessories serving the Canadian market and we should see an increase in coverage to the current dealers and Canadian market at large.”
